Could never get the tape to peel using instructions to use the cutter on the machine. Couldn't get tape to peel without it.

I bought one of these labelers in May. From the very first time I used it, it kept showing 'Low Battery' during typing, after printing, in the middle of printing, no matter how many times I put fresh batteries in. I can't even count how much label tape I've wasted because the power turned off in the beginning, middle or end of printing! Then it's turn it off and back on, cross my fingers and try to print again. I have a battery tester and my batteries are fresh! Now I bought a second one, because I don't have my receipt for the first to return it, and I figured surely I'd just gotten a bad item. NO! The second one is doing the same thing! And I don't have any idea how to return this one! I like the keyboard setup better than the Dymo brand, but I can't keep throwing $20 at a time in the trash!

I love this product. It lasts forever and is so functional, easy to use, and light weight.
As a professional organizer, the Brother P-Touch is the first item that goes into my tool kit when I am out on client appointments.
